Looking to trade SH-14 for an SH-5

Im looking for a black bridge model.The Custom 5 is in great shape.I also have a DD or a Hot Rails neck ,Hendrix fuzz and Hendrix octave fuzz, I would consider trading too.

Are they really the same otherwise?Are the magnets the only diff between the 3 Customs?
