The Little 59 isn't for everyone, but it's the brightest, most penetrating bridge pickup I own. With that ceramic magnet, it cuts like the proverbial knife -- and rocks when you need it to. With a good tube amp (say, a Blues Jr. or a Class 5), it goes from delicate to angry to apocalyptic in no time.
It's not the bridge pickup Leo designed, but that's OK. Horses for courses.
