Low E string has no volume?

Fender Noiseless bridge pickup Low E has about 80% less volume than the other strings. It has good volume on the middle and neck though. Changing height doesn't help. Is it a bad magnet in that one place on the pickup or something else possibly?

Start with a new string. It's the cheapest part of the guitar.

It was a new one. Also the volume was normal on it at the middle and neck pickup. Would that eliminate the string or could it not be vibrating possibly close to the saddle.

New one, schmew one. Replace the string. It's literally about a nickels worth of steel. Replace it first, then we go from there.

Will do. Your right, one step at a time. It will be a few weeks though because my friend has the guitar right now and is heading out for vacation. I'll holler back at you later for sure though. Thanks.

Your string is fine, don't waste your time or money on replacing an obviously good string.

A string doesn't work properly on two of your pups then magically go dead on your bridge pup then fine again on your other two. Follow JB_From_Hell's advice. That will tell you if there is something wrong with your pup.

It may end up being your string, but extremely unlikely.

What happens if you touch the polepiece with a screwdriver with the pickup selected and amp turned on; is there a click? I'm unfamiliar wth the construction of those pickups; I wonder if a base magnet is not touching/magnetizing the polepiece, or if the magnetic polepiece doesn't have gauss.
