Lower Output EVH

After ordering a few Stock EVH PUPs, they still seemed to have a little too much gain. After talking with MJ, she gave me a few with 8.95k output as opposed to 9.12k. Doesn't sound like much, but a pretty big difference. More headroom and less noise while retaining all the "chink" on the string. Check out the clips here:

A few degrees diff in temp would change the measurement that much. Are you sure the difference isn't more in your head than in the wire? The EVH just aint that hot to begin with.
