I had a Kent Armstrong humbucker that read ~6.6k on the Fluke and was pretty low output but still sounded good. Not sure what model it was though? It had a solid chrome cover with no poles. I kind of liked it, had it in a screwy, amoeba shaped Fernandes some years ago.
