Luminlay Pedal Toppers on the way

I have some Luminlay Pedal Toppers on the way. They should get here today. My Wampler Dracarys distortion has what I would call a design flaw. The bottom row of knobs is too close to the foot switch and due to their shape, my toe can nudge them out of position if I am not ultra careful engaging the pedal. This has resulted in a drop in gain or volume when I engage the pedal. I am hoping the toppers will make it easier to hit the switch without hitting the knobs. My talkbox switch is also hard to find the button because I have the tube in my mouth, which makes it hard to look down when engaging the pedal. I am hoping topper plus illumination will make engaging these pedals easier.

Every pedal topper that uses a set screw comes loose...mostly at the gig. The plastic ones that use friction stay one, but every single metal one I've ever tried worked itself loose at a show.

Good point. I am thinking about getting a hex wrench holder they use for headstocks and putting it on my pedalboard to remind me to give the screws a little crank before gigs.
