Mag mic pole pieces ?

Hi , i may have a problem with my Mag Mic ??
I`ve just bought one, but i notice that the pole pieces are missing where the B string would pass over. Is this right or do i need to get hold of the missing poles ? If so how do i contact SD service dpt.?

Be sure they're not just adjusted too far down and that they're actually missing, but yes, they should be there.
