Magnet Orientation?

Hey guys, I just swapped out an a2 for an a5 in my PRS Standard SE. I thought I oriented the mag right, but when I put it back together the bridge HB seems ok but the middle position is OOF and the neck seems to be single coil. I'm going to gig with it next week to see if I can use the new sounds. But, if I want to get it right, should I A: rotate the magnet 180 and reinsert or B: pull the mag out and swap it end to end? Sorry for the noob question, but since I thought I had it right, I obviously don't know what I'm doing! Thanks, KG

It's the same thing either way, as long as the long sides of the magnet that touch the polepieces & keeper bar change places. I personally would just pull it out, roll it over, and stick it back in.
