Magnet Swap in SHPR-2 (Hot P-Rail)

Hello all,

I have recently acquired a Squier '51, which in case you didn't know is set up with a Humbucker in the Bridge and a Single Coil in the neck. I'm thinking about replacing the Bridge pup with a SHPR-2 (Hot P-Rail.)

I bought the SHPR-2 a while back when I thought I wanted a hotter more modern sound. But as I mature in my tone search I really like a more vintage sound. Right now, I have my '51 set up so that, when split, the bridge is as loud at the neck single coil, and I plan on doing the same with the P-Rail. I understand the P90 is gunna be louder than the rail (unless I'm wrong) but Ill see what sound I like better and set it up accordingly.

Any way, Id like to swap the magnets out for a more warm, tame tone. If I am not mistaken the P-rail's use 2 magnets. so I have some questions:

1. Stock, are the two magnets both the same? I believe in the SHPR-2 they're Alnico 8
2. What should I switch the A8's for?
3. Should both be the same? If I understand, one magnet affects the rail, and the other, the p90 side.
4. What kind of magnets are there? I know there's A2, A5, and Ceramic, but I've heard of A4's and A3's. Whats the difference in terms of tone and output?
5. If i wanted both the rail and p90 to be the same volume wise, would I put a hotter magnet in the rail side, and a warmer one in the p90?
6. Where do I get these magnets?

and last but not least:

I've looked around and found instructions on how to change the magnet on a humbucker, but those only have 1 magnet, right? and the p-rails have 2? Does anyone have a tutorial on how to change these?
