Magnet swaps on Active-Mounted Passives

Hi,

I'm going to be ordering a set of pickups for my Ibanez RGIT27FE which came with EMG 707's (soapbar size). I am leaning towards a Custom or Custom 5 for the bridge spot, and was curious if it is possible to perform a magnet swap with the active mounted pickups.

Yeah, meaning the soapbar sized passive pickups. They are referred to as Active Mount on the website: http://www.seymourduncan.com/pickup/nazgul-7-strg-active-mount
