Hi there,
I have a Doug Wilkes telecaster, made from Mahogany with Maple top, which I put a Jeff Beck in the Bridge, a Cool Rails in the Middle and a Jazz in the Neck.
The Cool rails isn't twangy enough when using the selector on 2 and 4. I need a more twangy sound for pop stuff.
As the JB output is 16.6, I was looking at something like a 'Quarter pound Strat' - 'CUSTOM STACK PLUS STRAT' or 'HOT STACK PLUS STRAT'
Anyone any experience of using any of these with a JB (which I have loved from day one many years ago)
