Make/Model of D. Boon's Tele Bridge Pickup

Hello -

First time poster here. I am trying to find out what pickup is installed in the bridge of the telecaster that was played by D. Boon of The Minutemen. It is a single blade pickup, and most likely was installed between 1981 and 1985. I have attached two photos of him playing his tele where you can clearly see the pickup.

My research has led me to think that it is a Bill Lawrence 250T. However, in one of the photos, the blade looks thicker than a 250T. It looks more like a Seymour Duncan STK-T2B Hot Stack. But as I understand it, they were not created until the late eighties. I have also attached pictures of the Bill Lawrence and SD blade pickups.

Does anyone know what makes/models of single blade pickups were available in the early 80s? Any ideas on what this pickup is?

Thanks!
