I already had a more open thread around this duosonic, but now I have a plan so.. 
I want to make it "vintage voiced", think frusciante and John mayer.
I loved my 60's road worn strat and still regret I had to sell it, and I ,as thinking of getting another one, but they just became too expensive now.
So, which pickups (don't care about brand) would be ideal to make my duosonic sound John/John vintage sounding?
