Making a pedal board

I need to put an old MXR 10 band EQ, a Boss CS-1, and a Dimebag wah on a pedalboard with velcro. Feel like being cheap and ghetto and making one like Zakk Wylde. Any suggestions as to materials/process? Again, it only needs to fit these pedals, and maybe one more.

making a pedal board does not mean it has to be or look cheap or ghetto...how much of a pedal board to you want it to be/ How do you want it to look, do you want it powered, in a case, room for expansion, etc...

I think I'm just going to do wood and velcro my Phase 100/CH-1/RV-3 onto it. That would work fine for me I think. They are the only effects loop pedals I use, so I could put them closer to the amp and loop them while my direct effects could be closer to my midiwizard.
