Would you mind posting your settings? Doesn't have to be exact of course, just so I have an idea of how to get it into the same ballpark.

My settings:

*Boost (distortion) Channel*
Gain: Full
Volume: 7\10 (adjust to taste, less for more clarity and brightness, more for more fatness)
Treble: Full
Midrange: Full
Bass: Full

Reverb and master volume to taste

I was messing around with it earlier today... still not getting a great sound from it I don't think. The best I ever did with it was rolling the gain and treble way back and then boosting it with my os-2. Would you mind posting your settings? Doesn't have to be exact of course, just so I have an idea of how to get it into the same ballpark.

Actually, yes. It wasn't until I put the volume(not the master) all the way up that I noticed a huge difference though. A lot of the buzziness disappeared and it sounded a lot thicker in general. Still don't think I'm exactly in love with that amp but it was a big improvement to be sure. I didn't understand what you meant by using the volume as a tone control until I saw you had yours set to 7- now I get it so to speak. Sounds good, but maybe not my favorite type of sound

Wow Erlend... That was amazing! I didn't expect that you were a master of bass AND guitar. The tone is awesome as well. Man I need to hit the woodshed; that sounded sort of Vai-esque, meant in a good way (just in case you hate him)
