Marshall BBII pedal Through A Marshall DSL 100

Will this be good on this amp for driving more gain on the boost setting.

I use it currently on my small marshall was wondering if anyone had this pedal boosting there JCM 100 DSL head? will it sound good? or will i even need the extra push from it on this amp for heavy metal tones?

I use an original BB with a 900. Works well in both channels
