Nice playing man! Just a few observations cause that's what i do
I didn't care for the tone as far as coping an EVH sound, did you play to a click for the rhythm? It's a little loose in tempo.

No it was sloppy and I did not intend to copy the EVH tone. I was just testing out my new amp. I should clean it up and record it with the backing track.

Thanks! I actually never heard the original song. I have been going off of a cover I heard on Soundclick. If I could find an empty drum track for it I would record the whole thing with better timing. If you know where to find one that would be great.
