a little sloppy note-for-note, but here's one tone i've been able to dial in with my new JVM and marshall 1/2 cab - in case anyone is interested in hearing one of the many tones of this amp.

(i'm not necessarily trying to copy EJ's tone, but something similar)

also, what do you think of the digital reverb? could you tell?

thanks man. i forgot to mention that i used a drive pedal in combination with one of the amps plexi channels.

Very reminiscent of EJ's tone. Very nice playing too, I couldn't even attempt to play that song, too scary for me to try.

hey thanks man. i haven't played covers for a really long time though. i only play covers note for note so i don't really learn a whole lot of them. normally i'll just learn pieces of songs or solos that i really like and just try to incorporate them into my playing. until i get the whole song down in the next few weeks, i'd like to hear someone play it accurately note-for-note. that would be cool.

yeah, the tone of this amp is great. i'm so impressed by it. i feel like i bought a really expensive amp or something. it's just that good to me. i can't get over the tone because i thought the dsl 100 sounded superb
