My Marshall TSL60's reverb wasn't working at all, so I took the tank out to see if anything obvious wasn't working or whatever. All the connections appear to be in place. I plugged the reverb tank into my smaller fender practice amp, and when the reverb was on 10 the only noticeable difference was feedback. Some people on random forums were saying xyz capacitor was fried, and that was the problem. I'll post a picture of the tank right after this post, but is it me or does it seem like a spring is missing? There should be 2 springs.
This is suppose to be a direct replacement for my reverb tank:

Can anyone give me some guidance on this? I've never seen a reverb tank before. Anyone think all I need to do is order another tank and plug in? Could I plug in my fender's reverb tank? It's less than half the size of the marshall one. Thanks.
