Marty Friedman is the man. Here's a link to an episode of the same Japanese metal show as in Kazoo's link with both Friedman and Paul Gilbert. We need a show like that around here!

And its important to note they're doing it with a clean guitar sound. Talk about having to be deadly precise at that speed.

Man seeing them together just reminds me why I loved Cacophony so much...weird that Deen Castronovo(Cacophony's drummer) ended up in Journey. He's def. an awesome fit though, and although Augieri is a great singer he actually reminds me more of Steve Perry when he sings...awesome musician...awesome bands...

i watch that gilbert/friedman vid all the time. mixes several of my favorite things, guitar/shredding, Japan, and Gilbert/Friedman.:laugh:

gotta love youtube for helping us progressively become worse guitarists and keeping Gilbert and Friedman on the throne as some of the last few remaining talents.
