Maxon and Ibanez pedals question

Same pedals basically....The Maxon has true bypass and the JRC4558D opamp....

The TS9 uses FET and not true bypass and uses the Toshiba chip...The TS9 is very easily converted to the JRC4558D if someone wants it..

Does that mean Maxon pedals are acutally better and worth the extra $$? True bypass and better chip makes it seem like its clearly the winner.

In their stock fashions,yes the Maxon is the winner..
