I like what you're trying to do - it's like an 80's movie tune. I can imagine Nick Nolte getting drunk in the rain to something like this!
And the drum track is reminding me rather oddly of a Morbid Angel song! ("Trooper" I believe) :?:
But your vocals are kinda all over the place, out of tune quite a bit (although I think that's probably partially down to the recording setup you're using - if you were doing it in a studio you maybe would let loose a bit more and sound better, I know exactly this feeling!), and a little high in the mix too.
