Megaswitch and Hot rails wiring HELP plz

Hi, i'm searching for a picture, wiring diagram or anything that can help me to connect my (bridge) Hot Rails SHR-1b to 5-way megaswitch model-E? I want to keep my current pickup setting.. position 5=bridge Hot Rails and middle position=HotRails(bridge) + Neck pickup (lace)..???

My guitar is a strat 88...

Can you lay out exactly what you want in each of the five switch positions?

ok.. if 1 is the extreme left (view from player)

1=neck
2=neck+middle
3=bridge+neck (telecaster)
4=middle+bridge
5=bridge

i actually have this megaswitch configuration with a lace sensor pickup.. The problem is that the lace have two wires and the Hot rails have four (Black, red, white and green)

I don't know if i can join two wires to have the equivalent of lace to keep the same config...
