Merry Christmas Amplifier Central Friends :-) Post Pic of your fav amp here!

Re: Merry Christmas Amplifier Central Friends :-) Post Pic of your fav amp here!

My blackface Princeton Reverb with a mid-60's Celestion G12 alnico. My favorite amp that I've ever owned. Sounds nothing like a stock Princeton Reverb. Bigger output transformer, 12" speaker board instead of a 10", and Bruce practically stripped the circuit board and built it into a whole other amp. Now it sounds as much like a Vox and Marshall as it does a Fender.

Soldano SLO is my favorite. I don't own one but have played through one.

Close up of the name badge, pls. :)

I left the charger to my camera in Texas so I don't have a working camera but here's a jpeg of the original art for the nameplate:

You won't find one of these outside of my area...I only sold 3 of them.

This.

It's the quietest high gain amp I've ever played. This past weekend I finally completed the pedalboard with a loop master true bypass pedal looper, and a Pedalsnake to connect the pedal board using the 4 cable method. The Pedalsnake is highly recommended- I tried to make my own with George L cables, but it was too noisey. Between the Loopmaster and the Pedalsnake, my pedalboard is dead quiet to the point I don't need the Boss NS-2 Noise supressor, and I have to adjust my amp settings due to the much added clarity.
