Mesa black shadow/ vs Celestion classic lead 80 ??

I know these 2 are similar but I was wondering what if any differences they have. Are they identical? I would be using them either mixed with 2 v30s or mixed with 2 g12t100 celestions in a Mesa oversized cab with a dual rectifier.

Any suggestions?

Does anyone have experience with both of these speakers?
