Wish I had the $$ to snatch this up. Either way, this deserves a bump. I learned most of what I know about the DC-5 from Monsta Tone's posts at the grailtone Boogie forum. Guy is a valve genius. IIRC most of the mods on yours are documented at grailtone. I've always felt the DC-5 was the most underrated Boogie made. Somebody will be lucky to have yours.

Thanks for the bump. Many at the Boogie forum talk about this amp being the most underrated and better than the models that preceeded or followed it. The mods are documented there for those who are interested.
I am consolidating gear and am interested in this going to a good home.

For players considering a smaller footprint amp, this may be the answer. The head and cabinet are small footprint and very light for Mesa. I can easily carry the head and cabinet together. At 50 watts this can hang with a hard hitting drummer and a full band and cut through easily.
I've gigged small and large clubs with it with no problem. With the open back cabinet it really fills the room with sound.
Will sell separately. PM to discuss.
