Stewmac used to have them but, I dont see them there anymore.
Warmoth has Brass for a Gibson,

Nickel might not be that hard to come by (scrapyard). You may have to find a piece and get a local machine shop to slab it out on a bandsaw.

I've got a really killer sounding Lotus that's older than me with a brass nut and it doesn't show any signs of rust. Maybe you should stop playing guitar on the toilet after just took a shower!!! Just joshin'. If I knew how to post a pic on here, I'd show how cool it looks, but most importantly, it sounds even better.

I dont think Brass rusts. It might tarnish but, it isnt going to rust. Take a bit of metal polish or brasso to it and it will shine again.
