Metal pickups for a Fender Stratocaster S/S/S

I was just wondering what you guys thought about what kind of pickups I should put in a Fender Strat (3 single coils) to be able to crank out some awesome metal tones. I was thinking something like this:

Bridge-Seymour Duncan Hot Rails
Middle-Seymour Duncan Little '59er
Neck-Seymour Duncan Custom Staggered

The Hot Rails and the Little '59er would help me capture some of Dimebag Darrell's tones (I'm hoping anyway) but I would like to get your input. Thanks!

Re: Metal pickups for a Fender Stratocaster S/S/S

I had a Hot Rails in my Strat back in the 80's. It's a metal PuP without a
doubt. Now I have a Lil' 59er in it's place. the 59er is brighter that the HR.
And not as much output. But I Image it would be a good combo. I'm not
very familar with Dimes tone. But depending on what type of Strat you
have? ( i.e. is it worth routing?) If I wanted Dime's tone? The straightist
distance between A and B is a straight line the SH-13 Dimebucker. But
if your not into carving up your axe. I think you have a pretty good plan
with the mini HB's . :D
