Mic'd head/cab (Randall T2HL) -> Zoom G1Xon Loop pedal..sounds nice!

Recorded my Randall T2HL Tube/SS hybrid head with an Audio Technica MB2k dynamic mic 2" from the grill going straight into my G1XON loop pedal. Plugged into my usual lead/solo patch (cut out the Zoom's onboard distortion - using just the amp's). Sounds nice! ..clear, articulate & sweet..hardly any noise...way better than when I recorded my other head with the DI box (Direct out) which is always a noisy mess. Random widdly noodling....just the solo track. Will need to do a full recording with backing tracks first but I'm pretty sure this is the way to go for my clips from now on..

Thanks man ...yeah lots of 'verb & delay by default plugging into that preset..very big 80's/Shrapnel-ish tone
