Micro Terror troubleshooting

Talking to a guy with a non-functioning Micro Terror. Said his daughter knocked it over while he was playing, fell a foot, and won’t work now.

It’s a hybrid amp, 1 12ax7, solid state power section. How likely is it the tube got knocked loose or something else really easy to fix?

Just learned it powers up, but he changed the tube and that didn’t fix it.

I would give the internals a good look over. With it falling, I would look for mechanical issues first...spade connectors coming loose, tube sockets that shifted, things like that. From there, it can be tougher to isolate a problem.

Told him to check the headphone jack. We’ll see if this is something I lowball and try to fix.
