Microphonic Toggle switch ?

I have channels, hum in the bridge, split hum, single coil in the neck. No middle pick up, universal tone control two volume controls.
Lately i hear the metal friction and the toggle pole hitting the pick guard out of the cab ? Bad soldering ?

A few questions:

1) is this happening at high-gain or when your chain/amp is set clean?

2) does it happen more in any of the 3 positions - e.g. when toggling into the humbucker?

3) do either of the pickups ring (through the amp) when you tap them with your finger?
