Middle Humbucker for PG Neck and bridge

Hello all,
Happy holidays, hope life is treating you well. I have a three pickup LP and I want to put a PG set in the bridge and neck, but I want a humbucker in the middle that is a little brighter and has a little more output so I can lower the pickup as low as possible so I don't hit with my pick. Any suggestions? I was thinking of a DiMarzio Super Distortion, but may be way off mark.

Thanks,
Bill

i dont think the sd is brighter at all, higher output sure. high output and bright are not usually things that go together, but a dimarzio super2 might be a good option. jazz bridge with a ceramic magnet would be cool too

Good ideas, thanks Jeremy! I will check those out. Should be pretty easy to swap the magnets on the Jazz bridge.

I prefer P90s in the middle position myself, I'd say a Phat Cat would work well for you. It has two magnets instead of just the one, so it is very easy to get the tone you want out of it.

I may try the Bluesbucker instead, it matches the aesthetic of the PGs. Thanks for the advice. Think I'll try a Jazz with a ceramic and the Bluesbucker and see which I like best.

Brighter and hotter for the middle position? My guess would be the Full Shred Bridge or the Perpetual Burn.
