Middle pickup for Nashville Tele (Donahue/Antiquity)

Another one of these lol. Hoping for some recommendations. I have a Duncan Jerry Donahue in the bridge and an Antiquity in the neck. I want to put in a middle pickup and probably get a prewired harness from Reverb. Goal is to get those Stratty notch tones (particularly neck/middle) but with the beefier vibe of the Tele.

What would work well in the middle position?
Any considerations for how to pick a harness?

I would suggest a 5-2. A Nashville pickup for a Nashville Tele

what about an antiquity for the middle position?

I guess the bigger question is "what will these pickups do when interacting with the ones I've got in there for the notch tones". Just want to make a good decision - pickup plus harness plus pickguard is over $200, and it'd be a bummer to end up with notch tones that are weak or sucky.

I think any of them would be fantastic for the notch tones, really.

A Hot Stack might be cool too. That's what I'm thinking of doing in my Brent Mason Tele.

Lower output pickup increases perceived quack. So any vintage output pickup will do the job better.

so to clarify, you have an antiquity I tele neck pup, and jd bridge, yes?

the reason i suggested the psychedelic strat is its a low wind, a5, late 60 style pup. strong bottom and top, scooped mids, vintage output. the surfer is along the same lines, but a little warmer. more like an earlys 60s strat pup. more chewy and less exaggerated. the ssl2 is stronger than either, but still a bright a5 vintage type wind strat pup, and flat pole. i really like the 5/2 strat pup, but i think the a5 magnets in the middle are important for the quack. my favorite neck/middle position of all my strats is two hendrix pups in an ash body/rw board guitar. it has a 5/2 bridge pup which sounds great by the way!
