It does have a waterslide decal on the headstock but its not under anything and can be easily removed. 100 or 130 with the mini grover locking tuners that is on it shipped

Yes you can. You can't put a Telecaster neck on a Strat. The Telecaster has a the same pocket as a Strat but then a little more material is removed to make it a square.

yeah its a bass, was looking at maybe 30 for the tuners. they are in great shape and are well worth it.

BTW, where'd you get that chrome roller string tree? I've been looking for one of those.
