Mightymite pickups, help!

I have very recently bought some Mightymite pickups for my brothers guitar..i'm going to install them for him. I just want to be sure i know what i'm doing...Firstly...There is a white wire, a silver wire,a blue wire, a black wire and finally...a red wire. Can anyone please please explain to me how this is done? I thought it would be much more straight forward then this...lol.....Thank you so much!: private:

I assume they are humbuckers.

Solder red and white together and tape them. Solder silver and black to ground and blue to output (normally your pickup selector switch).
