OK, I did a trio appearance on a morning show today. Yeah, I know, I am in front of the kitchen where they did the cooking segment- small studio.

"After Falling Out"

"Blues Like Me"

These are streaming videos, so obviously not broadcast quality.
I am using my Brian Moore (which looks kinda gray here, although it is blue!), and you can clearly see my Duncan pickups. Both songs were exclusively the APHII in the neck.

Very nice. Tasty playing..! A really sweet tone too. What amp were you running through?

very cool Dave

playin in a kitchen !? ... 'least conventional' location you ever played?

Very nice, smooth! That's a great feature for a local station to have.

Thanks all! This is the main group (add the drummer and bass player) that I play with. As far as the amp...there was none! This was recorded direct, baby! Guitar>Bad Monkey>Digiverb>Mackie Powered mixer. I used the 'Cabinet simulation' on the Bad Monkey pedal. The pedal itself was on for the 1st song, at the lowest gain setting. The 2nd song, it was off, although the cabinet simulation was still on. I didn't use an amp because it was a live show, and you had 45 seconds to set up.

Shows like this are produced in almost every market, so it should be easy for anyone to contact, send info, and play. They are always looking for people. The key is being fast & easy to work with- notice I didn't say 'good'...haha..yeah, its true, the other 2 qualities override talent.

Wow. That was surprising! I've heard good things about the Bad Monkey before and that impression was certainly not ruined by this..
