That does sound like 8-Bit video game music. lolz. did you just overdub two lines a 1/2 step off from each other or what?

Speaking of minor 2nds, crank up the distortion on your guitar, hit the bridge pickup and then pick a harmonic ont he G string at the 5th fret and a harmonic on the B string at the 7th fret and see what happens. :D

nah, I've got an effect on my boss multi-fx that allows you to add a harmony to every note you play and if you add a minor 2nd....you get this. :D
