Anyone have a diagram for the neck on mod, to put push pull to activate the neck and bridge for the modern tele plus. It a ssh set up with a toggle switch to put humbucker in single coil. and a 5 way selector switch. I have the pdf of the wiring diagram, just don't know how to post it.

The schematic diagram that you require is a hybrid of a Stratocaster circuit variation and the Tele single tone control. Look in Support/Strat/Bridge PU Switch mod. Then, rearrange the circuit so that it is the neck pickup that gets switched. (i. e. The early Seventies David Gilmour circuit.)
