Modern sounding bridge humbucker for mahogany body

I was almost about to settle for Custom 5 for my bridge, but the store does not have it in stock now and the next shipment is next year. So I'd like to have a bit more options to consider.

My guitar (Godin Exit 22) is fixed-bridge HSS mahogany body, with short-scale bolt-on rock maple neck and rosewood fingerboard.

I would like a bridge pickup that has modern tone and does well in sweet clean sound, singing leads, and metal power chords/palm muting things (are they able to coexist?). I heard that DiMarzio has a tendency towards modern sounds, but I'm open to any brand now.

Any ideas? Thank you very much. :)

Do you want it to be brighter, warmer, or in between?

I think in-between would be a good compromise. Right now I've changed both pots to 500K to brighten up the single coils, but the humbucker is now a bit too bright on clean.

The PATB-3 Blues Saraceno Trembucker will do exactly what you need.

Order one from an online dealer, because you can never depend on local stores to stock many good Duncans.
