thats sorta similar to the strabro90 thing we came up with except duncan got it right. i tried the screw poles under both wound and unwound strings and it sounds much better and more balanced with the screws under the plain strings and the alnico rods under the wound ones. the thin sounding strings sounded bigger and the wound strings had more personality and detail
