I just did this this AM while the wifey was at the gym. It was requested I get some more rockin tones out of the Laney to be heard so here is my old man attempt. I am useing my Tokai Tele with a DZ Virtual Tele in the bridge. The pickup has lots of PAF style when you roll back on the treble a bit. I dig it's versatility. The Laney is in the Low Gain input ( I still don't like the HI Gain on it), but all is dimed ,Weber Mass is on 5. I tend to use a bit less gain normally. Just making the basement noise I usually do, on the lead clip I added to SD Booster at aroung 10-12 db of boost, I couldn't get the sustain on the notes w/o it.
As with all of my clips it is quick and shizzy, not a studio final attempt on this one.
