Whoa . . . hey MB. Is there any chance I could have your permission to play this track down in a little hole-in-the-wall beer joint, in old St. Augustine, Fl? (Oldest city in America.) This place is smaller than your bedroom, and has a selection of like 300 beers and wine. The place is usually full of European tourists and this track is perfect.

Makes me want to smoke a cigarette. ;)

Very nice!! That guitar is extremely 3D, how did you mic it? The phrasing is beautiful. The space you toss in between runs is fantastic. I love that kind of stuff.

Re: More Tele Bluesin'

Re: More Tele Bluesin'

What a natural tone!!

It´s marvelous. What mic do you use? A condenser mic? Kevlar said it already...where´s the mic position? :D

Questions...questions :laugh2:

Artie! You have my permission anytime! I wish I could join you for a beer as well (not a smoke....I quit 3 years ago).

thanks

thanks.

I use a SM57 and I keep it around 60° off axis at the edge of the cone, more less at the angle I am listening to the amp (which is on the floor).

mmm ... mmm ... mmm!

tasty licks there, friend ... i agree with Kev ... very "3D" sound .. has a very appealing 'hollowness' that comes and goes with your right hand attack in just the right places

thanks for sharing it
