Most Reliable Modder?

Just recently, pedal modding has been reintroduced to me. Now, I'm wondering who I can trust to do a great job for a fair price. Thanks guys.

BTW - If it makes any difference, I'm concerned most about my Dunlop Crybaby, BOSS GE-7, and BOSS SD-1.

Robert Keeley and AnalogMan both do great mods and are both great guys..

I have a Keeley modded TS9 that I think is the bomb. He smokes a lot so it took a while for the pedal to quit stinking like an ashtray. That irritated me a bit but it's got serious old-school tone.

Stratdeluxer here has been doing some mods for folks on the board. He's not done one for me yet, but mostly because I don't use them too often. I'm sure some folks here will attest to his work. I'm guessing he's a lot cheaper to forum bros than keeley or analogman.

It's just a fun hobby for me really and Mike and Robert are the kings at it...For me,moderation is the key.. :)

John Spina ( Stratdeluxer97 ) is DA MAN !!!!!!! I think enough of him that I'm sending him one of my TS-808's to " TWEAK " . I'm sendin it John, I promise LOL ( The one I'm sellin is a spare re-issue I picked up lately . It's great, but I don't need FIVE TS-808's LOL ).

I just got my modded Boss DS-1 back from John/Stratdeluxer97 today. I haven't gotten a lot of play time on it, but what I hear so far I really like. It sounds a lot fuller with more bass and midrange, and a lot less buzziness.

I also took the back off of the pedal today and I have to say John's work is immaculate. I'm very impressed.

Thanks John....Appreciate the compliment...Spend alot of time with your DS1 so you can see that it's now a different pedal..The tone is less buzzy and more "tubelike" in it's presentation..The blue LED is pretty cool also....Isn't it buddy? :cool3: :)

I like the blue LED too, I am just surprised by how bright it is. :)

Ok, back to playing with my new toy. :wave:
