The 85 has a weird quality of giving almost neck-humbucker like lead tones in the bridge. But with that it also has sort of a weird rythm tone under high gain.
The 81 can cover most bases, especialy if you're playing mainly hard rock and metal.
The 60 or 60a is still the finest neck pickup I've ever heard in my life.
