I am modding the bejeezus outta an
Epiphone EB-0---> EB-3F
(SG-style short scale Gibsonesque bass.)
In way over my head. Trying to de-muddify the
overwound "sidewinder" mudbucker
by adding a seymour pup
and coil-splitting.
I split the Mudbucker correctly (huge overwound,
underwater-sounding neck pup)
and I am adding a Duncan SCPB-3
in the old-school Fender position
(not all the way down near the bridge).
Cannot find the following schematic:
V-V-PTB* plus master series / parallel
(DPDT switch), and coil tap (DPDT
switch) for mudbucker neck.
There is also an onboard fuzztone
(powered by a 9v battery and activated by a stereo jack and a third
DPDT).
*PTB= G&L 2 band passive EQ
(using one treble pot (500k)and one bass pot (1000kO), so there are four knobs total: V-V-T-B.
I have this schematic, can provide it.
Could anyone out there mash up a schematic
that would include all these features? I can likely solder it up.
I have all of the schematics for each part and have already built the
fuzztone.
MUCH appreciated!!
