Mudbucker + SCPB-3 configuration (for bass) and related circuit Qs

I am modding the bejeezus outta an
Epiphone EB-0---> EB-3F
(SG-style short scale Gibsonesque bass.)
In way over my head. Trying to de-muddify the
overwound "sidewinder" mudbucker
by adding a seymour pup
and coil-splitting.

I split the Mudbucker correctly (huge overwound,
underwater-sounding neck pup)
and I am adding a Duncan SCPB-3
in the old-school Fender position
(not all the way down near the bridge).

Cannot find the following schematic:
V-V-PTB* plus master series / parallel
(DPDT switch), and coil tap (DPDT
switch) for mudbucker neck.
There is also an onboard fuzztone
(powered by a 9v battery and activated by a stereo jack and a third
DPDT).

*PTB= G&L 2 band passive EQ
(using one treble pot (500k)and one bass pot (1000kO), so there are four knobs total: V-V-T-B.
I have this schematic, can provide it.

Could anyone out there mash up a schematic
that would include all these features? I can likely solder it up.
I have all of the schematics for each part and have already built the
fuzztone.

MUCH appreciated!!

Re: Mudbucker + SCPB-3 configuration (for bass) and related circuit Qs

Welcome to the forum.

I'm not sure what your Master series/parallel switch operates on. The coils of one of the pickups or the way in which the two pickups are interconnected?

In your position, I would take a leaf out of Billy Sheehan's book. Think of the two pickups as two discreet channels. If necessary, run the two signals via individual output sockets. Keep the P sound clean. Distort the mudbucker to ****.

Done properly, the fuzz-bucker channel sounds like a cross between an Octaver and an analogue synthesizer that perfectly tracks the "normal" bass guitar sound. Subtly blending this in with the regular bass guitar sound makes some waaaaaaay scary noises.

Hey there! thanks for the quick reply.
Cool ideas!!
Thought about that Sheehan / Dark Star
thing but I am usually not playing w fuzz:
added it on a lark when I saw an EB-3F
w a maestro fuzztone (built in).

The master series / parallel is for combining the
two pups (actually suggested by Riley @
Seymour Duncan when he heard what I was up to).

I think I'll try the two channel scary sheehan stuff
on another mod if I can
ever figure this one out.

"tonefiend" has posted lots of PTB stuff here
but nothing w this configuration, and I lack
the skills to combine the schematics I have.

Anyone able to help w the schematic?
