So, i have a problems, disturbing the neighbours past 10 o clock in the evening, but sometimes, i actually want to play at night, but with amps even at low volume i probably somehow disturbed neighbours. actually i would like to play loud at night, but here comes the problems.. so i was thinking of good multi effect unit and headphones.. which are both worth money and works together good.. i don't want to spent more than 170 € on multieffect, and no more than about 100 € for headphones. actually in the past, as a begginer i had Zoom G2 multieffect and i still got one crappy US Blaster headphones, which i bought for about 30 €, and they don't sound good.. i sell Zoom G2 after a year of playing.. besides all of that, i want multiefx that have option to record some ideas that come time to time when i play guitar. so, which combo would suggest me ? and which kind of headphones that works well with multieffects ? thanx .

So many multi fx out there but I can recommend these cans. Comfortable enough to wear all day with clear non hyped sound.

+1 for the AKG K240. With a lot of listening and some experimenting you can create nice sounding little mixes with that. I'm using that for monitoring purposes in the studio.
If the budget is tight, you might want to take a look at Audio-Technica ATH-M20. It is really well built, sounds pretty fine and doesn't cost a fortune. It is not as detailed as the AKG but for the purpose it will do it nicely.
This or that, be careful with volume. Never let it scream for long as using loud headphones can cause tinnitus way beyond imagination.

I went for an ATH M-30 for when I needed some cheap headphones, and they sound a little bit "sweetened for pop music" but not nearly as much as others in the budget range. I used these with my mustang I amp and liked it a lot.
Long, durable cord; medium-light weight. They could isolate a little better, but they're not super-tight on your ears so at least they're comfortable. Price is right.

That's a nice desktop modeler that sounds fantastic as a headphone amp. One of the most crucial features of anything you'll consider for this should be the cabinet emulation. Aside from a stereo headphone amplifier section itself, it's the key thing a guitar headphone amp has that an effects processor or preamp might otherwise not have.

I have no idea what that budget translates to. However, I agree that since this is for a "situation" and you are on a budget, get used. Also, the phones are probably MORE important than the box. CAn't speak to the Tonelab, but consider a newer but used POD also. Might even check out a BOSS Gt-6 or 8.
The key with making most of these sound good anymore is not the unit, but your willing ness to judiciously program the thing.
