They have a 45 day return policy, no questions asked, no stocking fee. But you'll lose on shipping is all - which is fair enough. I've returned a few items from them without any trouble, in fact I just bought a Line 6 Uber Metal from them, it came Friday and I'm going to return it.memofromturner said:

I've purchased several things from Music123, including a few big ticket items. I didn't have any problem until recently, when I had to remind them of an order that flat out hadn't appeared. I got an email the next day saying it had shipped.
Also, some time ago I had been pricing out a speaker. I came back several months later during the holidays, to find that the price had gone up dramatically. In February, I returned and the price had dropped back down to pre-holoday levels. That kind of bugged me.
