well, i called & ordered the hot rail the other day, and was told once installed it was non-returnable

but i remember hearing something like...if you don't like them you can trade them in within 90 days, or something

so what's the deal? or do you hafta directly ship them to duncan

It's a Duncan return policy, not MF.

If the dealer will not honor the 21 day return policy (the good ones like Lew and Blackrose do), give Duncan customer Service a call and they´ll fix you up (in the USA)
