Re: Musictoyz.com

I had one experience with him that was great (I spoke to him on the phone first). But I would be very careful if I was going to order from him again. I think I'd try the place Seafoamer linked to first.

Re: Musictoyz.com

seems like a very nice shop and they have a good price for international shipping as well.... but the problem is that they don't carry any Fulltone products. And I'm on the hunt for a OCD. That's just too bad

But I'm quite gassing to get one so I need a good online shop that I can trust to order from. Gonna mail Fulltone tonight when I get home and ask how much they would charge for shipping overseas. But I'm still gonna be open minded to other shops, especially if they don't charge too high for shipping.

If you look at the fulltone site, under products, you can see which dealers have OCDs on the way, should make your search easier ;)

Re: Musictoyz.com

after about 20 replies (not counting myself) we have about 2 members here on SD that are satisfied with Musictoyz customer service... according to those results. They really have to improve, at least the online ordering...otherwise they will lose most customers! :laugh2:

Sent a email to fulltone last night...and I'm waiting for a reply about the price and shipping.

Re: Musictoyz.com

My two cents...

I ordered a Redwitch Deluxe Moonphaser, which is currently in LE colors, so I added a note that I would like to know what colors are available when I placed the order.

I got an email back saying no colors were available, I would get the normal polished aluminum box...

A week later I got a Puke green box that although I hate the color, it is now my favorite vibe/swirly type pedal.

Worst customer service ever, they (he) didn't even return my follow-up email asking him WTF happened - I also previously bought a ToneBone Tri-AC from them, and I'm currently buying a BUNCH of other outboard gear, but I'm not going back to Musik Toyz :duh:
